In The name of God Amen

This ffower and Twentieth day of October in the Nyne and Twentieth yeare of the Raigne of our Soverigne Lord King Charles the Second And in the year of our Lord God 1677. I Elizabeth Hart of Orpington in the County of Kent widdow being of a sound mind and disposing memory (thanks be given to God my master) Doe inasmuch ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme following First I Commend my soule into the hands of Almighty God that gave it assured by trusting through the onely meritts and mediation of Jesus Christ my onely Saviour and Everlasting Redeemer To be made partaker of Everlasting salvation And my body I commend to the Earth from which it came to be decently buried by my Executrix herein after named in such manner as she shall think fitt And as for and concerning my Temporall Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me withall I dispose thereof as followeth Imp: I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth the daughter of my sister Elianor Day widdow the sume of one hundred pounds Also I give unto Elianor Day another daughter of the said Elianor Day the like sume of one hundred pounds which said severall sumes of money My will is shall be paid by my Executrix after her decease All my silver Plate vessells and utensills of silver of what nature kind or quality silver and all my money goods Chattells debts mortgages Reall and personall Estate whatsoever (my debts legacies and ffuneral expences being ffirst deducted and discharged) I give and bequeath unto my said sister Elianor Day of Orpington aforesaid widdow whom I do make and appoint The full and sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament In Witnes whereof I have hereunto put my hand and Seale the day and yeare above written.
